6.2.2.1 "OMEGA" ELECTRONIC CARD PROGRAMMING
The parameters of the "OMEGA" electronic card shall be programmed by authorised
technicians only. The change of these parameters may affect the machine performance.
To access the programming steps, it is necessary to remove the panels and to act on the
electronic card inside the electric box while the machine is under voltage. Each operation
shall be carried out very carefully and in conformity with the safety regulations in force.

Follow the instructions below to programme the
electronic card:
1. Disconnect the machine and remove the right
side panel. Then remove the cover from the
electric box.
2. Make sure that the cylinder door is properly
closed and that the protection grid on the hopper
is completely lowered.
3. Power up the machine.
4. With the machine in STOP mode, press
pushbutton P1 on the electric card to access the
programming mode. The STOP and CLEANING
pushbuttons light up and the programming step
that has been selected (for example: P1) blinks
on the display.
5. By means of the STOP (↓) and CLEANING (↑)
pushbuttons it is possible to scroll the list of the
available programming steps (for example: P1,
P2, P3....)
6. After finding the programming step to be
modified, press DELIVERY (↔) to confirm and
visualise the current setting.
7. Use the STOP
pushbuttons to change the data or scroll the list of
available options.
8. To store the chosen data in the current
programming step, press DELIVERY (↔).
9. To quit programming and save the modifications,
press again the pushbutton P1 on the electronic
card. If no pushbutton is pressed within a time out
of two minutes, the programming may be quitted
automatically.
