Before using for the first time

Rinse the tubular filter before first use under running water to re-

move any possible soiling.
Carry out a visual check to make sure there is no visible damage to

the tubular filter. A damaged tubular filter must not be used.
The O-rings at either end of the tubular filter provide the correct seal.
The tubular filter must not be used without these O-rings.
Check that the O rings are present and not damaged.

Carry out a visual check to make sure the injector tube is free of any

possible soiling. If necessary rinse the injector tube through before
inserting the tubular filter.
