3) For power supply:
UF-20R/5: Connect the mains jack (11) to a
mains socket (230 V~ / 50 Hz) via the mains
cable provided
UF-20S/5: Connect the power supply unit
provided to the power supply jack (11) and to
a mains socket (230 V~ / 50 Hz) The receiver
is provided with a hook for strain relief (12):
Lead the cable around the hook to prevent
accidental disconnection of the power supply
unit from the receiver
Note: The receiver or the power supply unit will still
consume power when the receiver has been switched
off Therefore, always disconnect the mains plug or
the power supply unit if the transmission system is
not operated for a longer period of time
3.1.1 Connecting multiple UF-20R /5
Figure 4 shows interconnection of multiple re-
ceivers UF-20R /5 For interconnection, only two
antennas and a mains cable are required The
other short connection cables are also supplied
with the receivers This is a convenient way of
interconnecting up to ten UF-20R /5
