Natural Yogurt
1 l whole milk, 1 yogurt culture (1 natural yoghurt, for example).
Method
Mix the milk with the yogurt culture. Transfer the mixture to glass
jars.
Place the uncovered yogurt jars in the cooking pot and add boiling
water to top of the jars. Close the lid and select the P02/Yogurt
setting. After 8 h, place the jars in the refrigerator to chill.
