ISTRUZIONI PER L'USO

OPERAZIONI PRELIMINARI
• Sgonfiare completamente il pneumatico.
• Togliere i pesi di equilibratura della ruota per eliminare
qualsiasi rischio derivante dalla presenza dei pesi stessi.
SMONTAGGIO

• Posizionare la ruota sul sollevatore.
• Premere il pedale (numero 2 di fig.1) per far salire il
sollevatore.
• Manualmente ribaltare la ruota avendo cura di centrare
il piolo di trascinamento (numero 27 di fig.1) con uno
dei fori di fissaggio della ruota, quindi premere una al-
tra volta il pedale (numero 2 di fig.1) per far scendere il
sollevatore.

• Bloccare la ruota con il relativo perno di bloccaggio
infilando il perno nell'apposita sede girando in senso ora-
rio per evitare che si sganci quindi serrare tramite cono
(numero 26 fig.1) e galletto (numero 25 fig.1) e chiave in
dotazione (numero 6 fig.1).

• Posizionare il rullo (tramite i due manipolatori numero
16-17 di fig.1) il più possibile vicino al bordo del cerchio
facendo ruotare l'autocentrante premendo il pedale (nu-
mero 4 di fig.1) premere con il rullo sul pneumatico fino
al completo stallonamento del primo tallone. tramite il
cricchetto di sgancio rapido (numero 15 di fig.1) svin-
colare il rullo tirando il perno (numero 12 di fig.1) far
ruotare il rullo, scendere fino a fine corsa premendo la
valvola (numero 17 di fig.1). Tramite lo specchio (numero
21 di fig.1) posizionarsi il più vicino possibile al cerchio
ruotare l'autocentrante fino al completo stallonamento del
secondo tallone.
Molto importante in fase di stallonamento del primo
e del secondo tallone ingrassare abbondantemente il
pneumatico.

PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS
• Completely deflate the tyre.
• Remove wheel balancing weights to eliminate any dan-
ger arising from their presence.
DISASSEMBLY

• Position the wheel on the lifter.
• Press the pedal (number 2 of fig.1) to raise the lifter.
• Reverse the wheel manually while taking care of ma-
tching the driving pin (number 27 of fig.1) with one of
the fixation holes on the wheel, then press again the pe-
dal (number 2 of fig.1) to lower the lifter.

• Lock the wheel with the relevant locking pin by inser-
ting the pin in its seat while turning clockwise to prevent
it from unhooking then tighten by means of the cone
(number 26 fig.1) and wing nut (number 25 fig.1) and the
supplied wrench (number 6 fig.1).

• Position the roller (through the two manipulators num-
ber 16-17 of fig.1) as close as possible to the rim edge
then let the chuck rotate by pressing the pedal (num-
ber 4 of fig.1) and press with the roller on the tyre until
breaking of the first bead has been fully carried out.
Through the pawl for quick release (number 15 of fig.1)
free the roller by pulling the pin (number 12 of fig.1) let
the roller rotate, go down until limit stop by pressing the
valve (number 17 of fig.1).Through the mirror(number 21
of fig.1) position the device as close as possible to the
rim, rotate the chuck until breaking of the second bead
has been fully carried out.
Very important: while breaking the first and second
bead, grease the tyre abundantly.
