Cleaning
After use, disconnect the appliance from the power socket. Allow all the elements to cool completely
before cleaning.
Note that the cooking stone takes a long time to cool.
Do not use abrasive products, metal scrapers or sponges for cleaning, as these items can scratch the
surfaces being cleaned.
Never submerge the power cord, the plug, or the base in water or any other liquid.
Appliance base

Wipe the main body of the appliance with a soft dry cloth.
Pans and grill plate
1.
Remove all food residue from the pans and plate with a sponge.
2.
Clean these items with a sponge and mild detergent. Rinse them in hot water.
3.
Wipe the pans and the plate with a soft dry cloth.
4.
If food sticks to the pans, leave them to soak in hot soapy water; the food particles will fall away
more easily after several hours.
Note: the pans and the grill plate are dishwasher safe.
Cooking stone
1.
Remove all food residue from the cooking stone.
2.
Clean it with a sponge and mild detergent. Rinse it in hot water.
3.
Wipe the stone with a soft dry cloth.
Note: do not wash the cooking stone in a dishwasher. Additionally, do not submerge the
stone in water because it may crack or break when subsequently used.
Note: the cooking stone takes a long time to dry completely.
Storage
Before storage, always ensure that the appliance and its accessories are completely cool and dry.
Store the appliance and its accessories together, preferably in their original packaging, in a cool, dry place,
free of humidity and out of the reach of children.
