before using the brushcutter.
This product must be held to the right of the operator's body,
this will ensure exhaust fumes are directed away from the
operator and will not be obstructed by the operator's clothing
. If you have not used a brushcutter before, spend some time
in becoming familiar with the controls and method of usage
before operation. Check the machine carefully before using
it, make sure that there are no loosened screws, damaged
parts or fuel leakages. Ceck the condition of the antivibration
components on a regular basis. Avoid using the brushcutter
over excessively long periods of time, excessive amounts of
vibration can be harmful. Remove from the working area grit,
debris, ropes, metal parts or any other objects which might
get entangled around the rotating parts or be dangerously
projected. Put on the harness and clip the harness to the
hanger. Always keep both hands on the handle operating the
brushcutter. For cutting easy and safety always place the
stop of the guard against the wood.
Always check the blade for cracks after hitting foreign objects.
RepIace damaged or excessively worn accesories (blades,
nylon head, guards, harness).

- Always use the same original diameter of the wire so as
not to overload the engine.
Periodically check that all of the machine's screws are in
their lodgings and are tightened properly. Replace any
damaged, worn or cracked parts. Check that the transmission
tube has been properly installed.

Every 20 hours of function:
- Remove the caps (1) and insert the opening of the grease
tube (2) into the hole. Squeeze the tube until grease comes
out of the hole.
Clean away the excess grease then insert and tighten the
screws (1).

IMPORTANT: Check the axial clearance of the reducer every
200 hours of function.
In order to perform this inspection, follow the procedure
below:
- remove the safety plate (1)
- loosen the counter nut (2)
- in order to completely eliminate the axial clearance, tighten
BRUSHCUTTER
- Turn off the engine.
- Rotate, clockwise, the knob (1) until the arrow (1) is
aligned with one of the bushes (3).
- Insert the pipe (4) that came through the head.
- Insert the wire and remove the tube.
Connect the ends of the wire and pull the wire so that the
two arms of the wire of the same length.
- Turn the knob clockwise, making sure to stretch both
arms of the wire every 3 laps, until the full wrap.
DISMANTLING head
Press the knob (1). While pressing the tab (5) and pull the
cover part (6) from the track (7). By holding down the
knob, press the other tab and remove the lid.
ASSEMBLY head
Mount Bushings (3) in their home of the cover (6). Mount
the reel in the cover (6). Place the spring on the spool or
inside of the track (7).
Mount the cover / spool / sockets in the body of the head
making sure the tabs (5) are in their home.
OPERATION
To lengthen the wire: to turn the head while keeping the
engine to the ground accelerato.Battere the knob (1).
Each step corresponds to about 3cm. Release of the wire.
CAUTION: Do not fly head on hard surfaces can be
dangerous.
7. PERIODIC MAINTENANCE

SHARPENING THE BLADES
In order to avoid overloading the machine, do not operate the
machine if the blades are damaged or blunt.
The blades must be sharpened by an ACTIVE assistance
centre.
Replace the blades if they are completely worn.
Periodically check that the blades' screws are tightened
properly.
BLADES
In order to obtain maximum performance, clean and oil the
blades periodically.
