Registering the index mark
To search for a desired passage quickly,
you can register up to 254 index marks.
This unit has three functions for registering
the index marks.
Auto marker function
"AUTO MARK" appears in the display and
index mark information is registered
automatically as follows.
During digital recording from a CD or
MD+~
The index mark information recorded on
the CD or MD is copied as it is.
@)CD or MD
@ Recording (MD)
@ Index marks
During analog recording or
microphone recording +
If there is an unrecorded section lasting
longer than 3 seconds, an index mark will
be registered automatically when a signal
is input next time.
@) Input sound
@ Recording (MD)
@ While there is no sound
@ Index marks
Time marker function
'TIME MARK appears in the display and
index mark information is registered every
5 minutes.
