Important advice:
1. Do not remove the USB headset from the USB port of the PC while the red
LED on the cable remote control is lit. First close all applications for media
playback and quit all microphone functions.
2. When playing back sound with a DVD player, select the 6-channel source as
sound output in the options of the DVD player. The DVD player should support
Dolby Digital® or DTS®.
3. When you want to use other USB devices at the same time as the headset,
first connect the USB headset and then the other devices in order to ensure
all functions of the headset work correctly.
4. If you use the headset in conjunction with a USB webcam, reduce the
bandwidth of the webcam to a minimum (to do this, select the options in the
webcam software).
Troubleshooting
No sound playback.
Check that your operating system shows the headset as the default audio device.
To do this, select Start/Settings/Control panel/Sound and Audio Devices" and
select the appropriate device for sound playback and output (typically "C-Media
