3.2 MAINTENANCE
No special maintenance is required.
At the end of each work day, clean honey off the parts which have come in contact with the product during
work.
The machine should be washed with warm water and commercially available special mild detergents, if
necessary.
A pressure cleaner may also be used for a more thorough cleaning, paying attention not to direct the water jet
towards the control panel.

Pull out the mesh cylinder with the hopper.
Any residual honey in the hopper would make this operation easier by acting as
lubricant.
Before reassembling the unit by reversing the order of the listed operations, use some vaseline grease on the
screw feeder to facilitate smooth cylinder introduction.
