Releasing/stopping the pump
The pump is released/stops automatically and the oil returns to
the tank when the foot pedal (Fig. 8, item 1) is released.

Accessories
The pumps can be equipped with accessories such as a pressure
gauge, pressure gauge adapter and controller for electrically operated
valves. We recommend the use of REHOBOT original accessories:
Pressure gauge TX104, pressure gauge adapter AAM114 and control-
ler TRC230-24. To connect a gauge, see Fig. 12, item A.
Service
Hydraulic equipment must be serviced and maintained regularly
to keep it in good working condition. For safety reasons it is
important that hydraulic products are serviced and maintained by
experienced personnel. If in any doubt, contact your dealer for
information about the nearest authorised service agent. Always
use original REHOBOT spare parts. Lubricate moving parts as
necessary with a high quality grease. Always use high quality
hydraulic oil with good low temperature äproperties.

Checking the hydraulic oil level/Filling with oil
The hydraulic oil level should always be checked before starting
the pump. Check the level as follows: place the pump on a level
surface. Then check the oil level using the level glass on the
hydraulic tank (Fig. 12, item C). The oil is at the correct level
when it is in line with the inspection glass.
If the oil level is too low, remove the filler plug (Fig. 12, item B) and
pour oil into the hole. Use the recommended grade of hydraulic oil,
as specified under the heading Technical description.
Replacing hydraulic oil
For best performance we recommend that the hydraulic oil is
replaced after around 100 hours in operation (but at least once a
year). If the pump is new we recommend that the oil is replaced
after the first 25 hours in operation.
Remove the drain plug (Fig. 12, item D) from the hydraulic oil
tank and drain out the hydraulic oil. Refit the drain plug. Re-
move the filler plug (Fig. 12, item B). Fill with hydraulic oil to the
correct level, checking it with the aid of the level glass. Refit the
filler plug. See the heading Technical description for information
on the recommended grade of hydraulic oil and the quantity
required.
