related expenses, as transport, safety of the products transport, are all
under the Buyer's responsibility.

The warranty will lose its complete validation, at the occurrence
of any of the following hypothetical scenarios: a) if it is not a ma-
nufacturing defect, but a defect caused by the Buyer or third parties not
known by the manufacturer; b) if the product damage is a result of an
accident, casualty, weather conditions (lightening, floods, collapses, etc.),
humidity, electric network tension (overvoltage caused by accidents or
excessive fluctuations in the electrical network), installation and/or use in
disagreement to the User Guide, or due to natural wastage of the parts,
pieces and components; c) if the product was submitted to any chemical,
electromagnetic, or animal (insects, etc.) influence; d) if there is any
present damage or adulteration to the product's series number; e) if the
product has suffered any violation.
As this are the conditions for the complimentary Terms and Warranty granted
by Intelbras S/A, the company reserves the right of altering the general, tech-
nical, and aesthetics characteristics of its products without previous notice.
The manufacturing process of this product is not cover by Intelbras' environ-
ment management system.
