■ Connect spray gun to rinsing connection [3-4].
■ Turn function switch [3-17] to "Spray".
■ Connect compressed air supply pipe to air intake [1-1] / [2-1] / [3-1].
Optional for all versions
■ Install ball valve to air intake [1-1] / [2-1] / [3-1] for closing off the com-
pressed air during maintenance.
■ Connect exhaust hose of an exhaust air system to the exhaust con-
nection [1-13] / [2-14] / [3-15].
10. Normal Operation
Attention!
Damage from wrong cleaning agents
The use of aggressive cleaning agents can damage the SATA cleaning
systems.
→ Do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
→ Use a neutral cleaning solution with a pH of 6 – 8.
→ Do not use acids, caustic solutions, bases, paint strippers, unsuitable
regenerates or other aggressive cleaning agents.
Notice!
To prevent any overflow of the collecting tank, [1-10] / [2-10] / [3-11]
check the level regularly and drain at the latest at the end of the shift.
Notice!
USA / Canada: seal priming tank [1-9] / [2-9] / [3-9] and collecting
tank [1-10] / [2-10] / [3-11] while spraying. When the work is finished,
drain and seal priming tank[1-9] / [2-9] / [3-9] and collecting tank
[1-10] / [2-10] / [3-11].
Notice!
As an option, the SATA RPS cup systems can be used as collecting tank
for SATA clean RCS units.
