10.1. Preparations for cleaning
■ Screw the SATA RPS collecting cup [3-11] into SATA clean RCS the
turbo cleaner using the fastening thread.
■ Insert the intake hose [3-7] through the cover of the SATA RPS priming
cup [3-9].
For SATA clean RCS micro and SATA clean RCS compact
■ Insert the intake hose [1-8] / [2-8] through the cover of the priming
tank [1-9] / [2-9].
■ Insert the discharge hose through the cover of the collecting tank
[1-10] / [2-10].
Notice!
As an option, the SATA RPS cup systems can be used as collecting
tank for SATA clean RCS micro and SATA clean RCS compact. To do
so, screw the SATA RPS cup to the SATA clean RCS micro / SATA clean
RCS compact from underneath using the fastening thread.
10.2. Cleaning of the spray gun
Notice!
When using the SATA RPS cup systems, always ensure that the sealing
plug has been removed from SATA clean RCS before cleaning begins.
■ Remove SATA RPS material cup from the spray gun and place on the
storage surface [1-2] / [2-3] / [3-3].
For SATA clean RCS micro and SATA clean RCS compact
■ Connect spray gun to rinsing connection [1-6] / [2-7].
■ Press and hold push button "Clean" [1-16] / [2-16].
For SATA clean RCS the turbo cleaner
■ Set function switch [3-17] to "Clean".
■ After removing the air cap, take the spray gun past the cleaning brush
[1-12] / [2-12] / [3-13], moving it up and down. At the same time, the
cleaning solution passes through the cup connection of the spray gun
from the cleaning nozzle [1-14] / [2-13] / [3-14] into the paint channel of
the spray gun. The rinsing air forces the cleaning solution through the
