Commissioning

8.1
Installation
1. Connect one condensate drain line to
each Ecomat 3100 only to prevent the
condensate discharger from overloading
(fig. 3b).
2. Always use pressure-resistant installa-
tion materials!
3. Fixed installation of inlet line (G1/2")
with a minimum inclination of 1%
(fig. 3a).
During installation, place a spanner flat
on the inlet (size 27) and hold firmly in
position.
Install a ball valve (not included in the
scope of delivery) in the inlet line leading
to the Ecomat 3100.
4. Seal the threads on the connecting lines
properly using Teflon tape.
5. Turn
the
condensate

conditions. Slacken the two Allen screws
(fig. 7a, item 01) on the condensate in-
let.
6. Select a suitable air hose to use as a con-
densate drain line (min. inner diameter 9
mm). Secure the drain hose! Do not ap-
ply any bending forces to the Ecomat
3100!
7. Discharge the condensate into a suit-
able, sufficiently large container or oil-
water separator.
8. Insert the plug on the Ecomat 3100 into
a suitable 230 V 50 Hz power outlet. The
operating indicator (fig. 1a, item 03)
lights up.
