4. fOcuSing
By turning the focusing wheel you can focus from minimum
range (see technical data on www.kahles.at) to infinity.
5. TRiPOd AdAPTeR
Unscrew the covering of the tripod connection thread by
turning it to the left (anti-clockwise). To mount the binocular
onto the tripod, you require the tripod adapter which is
available as accessory in the commercial market.
6. MAinTenAnce And cARe
We have designed all optical elements and surfaces to be
easy to care for. To guarantee the optical brilliance of your
binoculars over a long period of time, keep the lens surfaces
free of dirt, oil and grease. To clean the lenses, please
remove larger particles by blowing on the lens. For
subsequent lens cleaning we recommend the use of the
enclosed storage bag, which is made out of a special lens
cleaning material. In the event of hard-to-remove grease
spots, finger prints or dried-on drops of water, breathe
lightly on the lenses or moisten them with a damp cloth and
clean cautiously. Make sure that the cleaning material is
always kept clean. Dirt in the cloth may cause damages to
the lens coating.
7. AcceSSORy
Please observe the attached installation instruction to
mount our original accessories.
Caution: Never look directly into the sun or any other intensive
source of light with your binoculars. This could cause injury to
your eyes!
