Important:
– Under no circumstances must the hands be turned back
between 6 p.m. and 3 a.m. as this will result in maladjustment
of the calendar.
– The hands must never be turned anticlockwise beyond 3 a.m.
– The watch is waterresistant in positions 0, 1 and 2 as long as
the crown is not moved. The crown should generally always
be screwed in for normal use to ensure the stability of the seal
and to protect the winding mechanism.

To set your watch correctly, proceed as follows:
– Wind the movement (approximately 20 revolutions of the
crown).
– Pull out the crown to position 2 and turn the hands forwards
to approximately 4.40 a.m. This ensures that the calendar
mechanism is not in the middle of the automatic switching
phase.
– Push the crown to position 0 and pull it back to position 1.
– Turn the crown slowly but continuously to the left. The date
and the month now advance in steps. Set the display to yester-
day's date and turn the crown slowly but continuously to the
right to set the day.
