PROTECTION SCREEN REPLACEMENT

1. Release the metal locking spring (1.).
2. Remove the inner protective screen and replace
it with a new one (2.).
3. Lift the supporting frame with welding filter (3.a),
remove the protective screen and replace it with
a new one (3.b).
4. Lower the supporting frame with welding filter
(4.a) and fasten the metal locking spring (4.b).

During assembly of the helmet and welding
filter, or during the replacement of the pro-
tection screens, make sure that all parts are
firmly in place thus preventing any light from
entering the helmet. Should there still be any
light entering, repeat the procedure until the
problem is eliminated, otherwise the helmet

must not be used for welding. Before placing
the new protection screens, always remove
the protection layers from both sides.
