MAINTENANCE
CLEANING THE UNIT AND THE REMOTE CONTROL
• Wipe them with a soft cloth.
• Do not directly splash or pour water on them. We can cause electrical shock or
equipment damage.
• Do not use hot water, thinner, abrasive powders or strong solvents.

Operate the unit in the SELF
CLEAN OPERATION to allow the
mechanism to thoroughly dry.

Stop the operation and unplug the
unit. Turn off the circuit breaker, if
you have one exclusively for the
air conditioner.

Clean the filters, then reinstall
them.
CLEANING THE DEODORANT FILTER
The fi lter should be cleaned every 3 ~ 6 months
NOTE
:
• Replacement is necessary at the interval of 3 years, as the deodorising effect will deteriorate.
The new fi lter is available at your nearest dealer.
Replacement fi lter: Type AZ-F900G
Disposal of Filters
Please dispose of replaced fi lters according to the local disposal laws and regulations.

Make sure that the air fi lters are
not dirty.

Make sure that nothing obstructs
the air inlet or outlet.

Check the outdoor mounting rack
periodically for wear and to make
sure it is fi rmly in place.

1 Take off the deodorant fi lter from the air
fi lter.
2 Soak the deodorant fi lter in mild deter-
gent dilution for 10 to 20 minutes.

3 Set the clean deodorant fi lter under the
fi lter stoppers located on the air fi lter.
