Um die Montage problemlos durchzuführen, lesen Sie diese
Anleitung bitte gründlich durch.
1.) Drücken Sie die Kugelstange [2] in die Kugelklemme [4].

die
Muttern
[8]
Sechskanttaschen der Kugelklemmen und schrauben die
Inbusschrauben [7] leicht hinein (noch nicht festziehen).
3.) Montieren Sie die Kugelstange mit der Kugelklemme und der
Blende [5] an die Scheibe. Verwenden Sie dazu die
Flachschrauben [6] und Muttern [8] und ziehen diese fest.
ACHTUNG: Bei den Scheiben VTNB und SPS werden die
Kugelklemmen so montiert, dass die Schraubenköpfe nach
innen zeigen, bei allen anderen Scheiben nach außen.
4.) Halten Sie nun die Scheibe mit den Stangen an das Motorrad
und ermitteln Sie die bestmögliche Montagevariante für die
Schellen [1] oben oder unten, und die Stangenklemmen [3]
innen oder außen.
Für 22mm Lenker verwenden Sie die Reduzierstücke [14].
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Aussparungen der Reduzierstücke
genau an den Scharnieren der Schellen liegen (Abb. 2).
Stecken Sie die Stangenklemmen in der gewählten Position auf
die Stangen und schrauben diese mit den Inbusschrauben [9]
und den Muttern [10] auf die Schellen. Ziehen Sie die Schrauben
nur leicht an.
5.) Bringen Sie die Scheibe in die gewünschte Position (VTNB ca.
45°, alle anderen ca. Gabelwinkel) und ziehen Sie die Schrauben
an den Schellen leicht an.
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Instrumente nicht verdeckt sind.
Prüfen Sie, ob die Scheibe oder Halterung beim Einschlagen des
Lenkers nach rechts und links nirgends anstößt. (Wenn die
Kugelstangen hinten zu weit über die Schellen hinausragen,
können Sie diese demontieren und kürzen.)
Positionieren Sie die Scheibe genau symmetrisch und ziehen Sie
die Schrauben an den Schellen und den Kugelklemmen fest.
Danach setzen Sie die Kappen [11, 12, 13] auf.
Prüfen Sie in regelmäßigen Abständen den festen Sitz der
Schrauben.

In order to ensure trouble-free assembly, please read these
1.) Push the ball-joint bar [2] into the ball clamp [4].

2.) Insert the nuts [8] into the lateral hexagonal inserts in the
ball clamp and gently screw the socket-head cap screws [7] (but
do not tighten these yet).
3.) Attach the ball-joint bar [2] with the ball clamp [4] and the
cover [5] to the windshield. For this, use the lenshead screws [6]
and nuts [8] and tighten these firmly.
WARNING: Assemble the VTNB and SPS windshields using
the ball clamps in such a way that the screw-heads face
inwards (towards rear of the motorcycle), and all other
windshields face outwards (towards the front of the
motorcycle).
4.) Now hold the windshield up to the motorcycle handlebars
and determine the optimal position for the handlebar clamps [1]
and bar clamps [3].
For a 22 mm handlebar, use the reduction pieces [14] inside the
clamps [1]. Make sure that the recesses of the reduction links fit
exactly with the hinges of the clips (Fig. 2).
Position the bar clamps [3] in their desired position on the bars
and tighten the socket-head cap screws [9] and the nuts [10] on
the clips. Do not tighten the screws excessively.
5.) Position the windshield in the desired position (VTNB approx.
45°, all others approx. at the fork angle) and tighten the screws
lightly on the clamps.
Ensure that the instruments are not covered.
Check that the windshield and mounting hardware do not hit
the instruments or other fixed parts of the motorcycle when
turning the handlebar right or left. (If the ball-joint bars [2]
protrude too far to the rear over the clamps [3?], you can
dismantle the mounting kit and shorten the ball-joint bars).
Position the windshield symmetrically and tighten the screws on
the clamps and tighten the ball clamps [4]. Then apply the caps
[11, 12, 13].
Check to make sure the screws are tight on a regular basis.

Le agradecemos por haber elegido un producto MRA.
Para realizar el montaje sin problemas lea por favor
atentamente estas instrucciones.
1.) Presione la barra con rodamiento [2] dentro de la terminal
de rodamiento [4].
2.) Coloque las tuercas [8] en las aperturas laterales hexagonales
de la terminal de rodamiento y atornille los tornillos Imbus [7]
suavemente (no los ajuste aún).
3.) Monte la barra con rodamiento con la terminal de
rodamiento y el marco [5] en el disco. Para esto utilice los
tornillos planos [6] y las tuercas [8] y ajústelos.
ATENCIÓN: En los discos VTNB y SPS se montan las
terminales de rodamiento de tal manera que las cabezas de
los tornillos quedan hacia afuera, en todos los otros discos
quedan hacia afuera.
4.) Coloque el disco con la barra en la moto y obtenga entonces
las mejores variantes de montaje posibles para la abrazadera
[1] arriba y abajo y para la terminal de barra [3] adentro y
afuera.
Para la abrazdera de 22mm utilice la pieza reductora [14].
Observe que las mordazas de la pieza reductora encajen
exactamente en las charnelas de la abrazadera (Fig. 2).
Coloque la terminal de barra en la posición elegida sobre la
barra y atornille ésta con los tornillos Imbus [9] y las tuercas [10]
a la abrazadera. Ajuste los tornillos suavemente.
5.) Coloque el disco en la posición deseada (VTNB aprox. 45°,
todos los demás aprox. ángulo de la horquilla) y ajuste los
tornillos a la abrazadera.
Observe que los instrumentos no estén tapados.
Controle que el disco o la sujeción, al momento de liberar el
manillar, nunca choque hacia la derecha o hacia la izquierda. (Si
las barras con rodamientos sobresalen atrás demasiado por
encima de la abrazadera podrá desmontar éstas y acortarlas).
Posicione el disco de manera simétrica y exacta y ajuste los
tornillos en la abrazadera y en la terminal de rodamiento. Luego
coloque las tapas [11, 12, 13].
Controle regularmente el calce fijo de los tornillos.
