• Use the mode button [2] to scroll between the available modes.
Note: holding down the 'clear' button will increase setting speed.

Note: to avoid inaccuracy in calculation due to shaking, the pedometer
will only start displaying after 5 consecutive steps.
5. Batteries
WARNING: handle batteries with care, observe warnings on
battery casing. Dispose of batteries in accordance with local
regulations. Keep batteries away from children.
• Open the battery compartment at the back of the pedometer (see
arrow) by releasing the screw.
• Insert one new 1.5V AG10 battery (+ facing up).
• Close the battery compartment and tighten the screw.
• Do not puncture or throw batteries in fire as they might explode.

The display [1] shows the number of walked steps.
To clear, press and hold 'clear' [5] for ±2s.
The display [1] shows the used calories.
To set the users' weight, press and hold 'set' [4] for ±2s.
Press 'clear' [5] to set the value. Press 'set' [4] again to
confirm.
To clear, press and hold 'clear' [5] for ±2s.
The display [1] shows the walked distance in km or mi.
To switch between km and mi, press and hold 'clear' [5]
for ±7s.
To set step length, press and hold 'set' [4] for ±2s. Press
'clear' [5] to set the value. Press 'set' [4] again to
confirm.
To clear, press and hold 'clear' [5] for ±2s.
The display [1] shows the time. To switch between
12/24h settings, press 'clear' [5].
To set the time, press and hold 'set' [4] for ±2s. Press
'clear' [5] to increase the hour. Press 'set' [4] to
confirm. Press 'clear' [5] to increase the minutes. Press
'set' [4] to confirm.
The display [1] shows a stopwatch.
Press 'start/stop' [3] to start or stop the stopwatch.
To clear, press and hold 'clear' [5] for ±2s.
