INSTRUCCIONES DE MONTAJE
1- Desmontar el cubrecadena original.
2- Desmontar las guías (2) del latiguillo freno trasero. Colocar el herraje suministrado (1) fijándolo con los anclajes
de las guías en el basculante (3) (tal como indica el croquis adjunto), usando los tornillos allen M5x15
suministrados. Tensar la fijación sin apretar.
3- Colocar los silenblocks en los taladros del guardabarros.
4- Montar el guardabarros usando los tornillos allen de M6x15 en los anclajes de fijación del cubrecadenas.
5- Ajustar el guardabarros respecto al neumático mediante la regulación que ofrece el herraje y apretar el
conjunto.
6- Sacar las guías de plástico (2) del latiguillo de freno. Girarlas 180º y volver a insertarlas en el latiguillo. Montar
las guías en el herraje tal y como indica el croquis adjunto, usando los tornillos originales y las tuercas de M5
suministradas.
7- Vigilar periódicamente el ajuste y apriete de las fijaciones.
8- En caso de que su motocicleta monte otros accesorios, comprobar que no interfieran con el guardabarros.
INSTRUCTIONS TO ASSEMBLE
1- Dismount the original chainguard.
2- Dismount the rear brake line guide (2). Place the hardware supplied (1) fixing it with the brackets of the swing
arm guides (3) (as the figure shows), using the M5x15 allen fasteners supplied. Tight it without pressing.
3- Place the silenblocks in the hugger drills.
4- Mount the hugger using the M6x15 allen screws in the drills of the chainguard fixation. On the hardware use the
M6x20 allen screws.
5- Adjust the hugger with the tire through the regulation that the iron fittings offer, and tighten them all.
6- Remove the plastic guides (2) off the brake guide. Rotate them 180º and put them back on the brake guide.
Mount the guides on the hardware as the figure shows, using the original fasteners and the M5 nuts supplied.
7- Check them periodically, and tighten the fixations.
8- In case your motorcycle has other accessories, observe that it does not interfere with the hugger.
MONTAGEANLEITUNG
1- Demontieren Sie den originale Kettenschutz.
2- Demontieren Sie die Führungen (2) der Hinterbremsleitung. Legen Sie den gelieferte Halter (1) und befestigen
mit der Führungen in der Zwchinge (3)(wie in der Skizze beigefügt gezeigt). Verwenden Sie den gelieferten
M5x15 Schrauben. Spannen die Befestigung aber ohne ziehen.
3- Legen Sie die Silent-Blocks in den Löcher der Hinterradabdeckung.
4- Montieren Sie die Hinterradabdeckung mit den M6x15 Allen Schrauben in der Befestigung des Kettenschutz.
5- Stellen Sie die Hinterradabdeckung auf den Reifen von der Regel,die der Halter bietet, und ziehen Sie den
Satz.
