To start the device, press and hold down the ON/OFF button. In order to turn the device off, release the
ON/OFF button. To activate continuous operation mode, press the ON/OFF button lock with the ON/OFF
button depressed. To disengage continuous operation mode, press and release the ON/OFF button.
MSW-SAN105
To start the device, press the ON/OFF button to the ON position and the device will operate in continuous
mode. In order to turn the device off, press the ON/OFF button to the OFF position.
Align the device with the workpiece and turn it on. When using the device do not apply excessive pressure
to the workpiece and do not make sudden, jerky movements to avoid damaging the sandpaper or sander
base. Regularly clean dust off the sandpaper.
WARNING! Remember not to work on wood and metal using the same sandpaper.
After using it, clean the housing, vents, switches and covers using a stream of air (pressure not exceeding
0.3 MPa), brush or a dry cloth. Do not use chemical detergents or cleaning agents. Use a clean dry cloth to
clean tools and handles.
ASSEMBLY / DISASSEMBLY OF THE DEVICE'S ELEMENTS:
Changing the sandpaper
MSW-SAN135
To remove the sandpaper,
gently press in and lift
the clamp keeping the
sandpaper in place.
Proceed in the same way with the clamp on the other end of the sandpaper.
To mount the sheet of sandpaper, release both clamps, align the sandpaper with the sander base, gently fold
one end of the sandpaper and engage the clamp then fold the sandpaper and clamp it on the other side.
MSW-SAN105
Grip a corner of the sandpaper which is to be removed with your fingers and pull it off the base. To attach
a new sheet, align it with the base and press together.
Once attached, make sure the openings in the sandpaper are aligned with the openings in the sander base.
Dust extractor connector (Only MSW-SAN105).
Slide the connector onto the device as far as it will go.

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

During transport, the machine should be protected from shaking, falling and turning upside down. Store it in
a properly ventilated place with dry air and without any corrosive gas.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

CHECK REGULARLY THE DEVICE
Check regularly the machine for signs of damage. If the machine is damaged, please stop using it immediately
and contact your customer service to solve the problem.
What to do in case of a problem?
Please contact your customer service and prepare following information:
Release the clamp and
then pull it down far
enough to be able to
remove the sandpaper.
CAUTION: Never open the machine without the authorization of your customer service. This can lead
to a loss of warranty!

Then attach the dust extraction pipe to the connector.
Always unplug the device before cleaning it and after each use.
Use cleaner without corrosive substances to clean surface.
After cleaning the device, all parts should be dried before reusing it.
Store the unit in a dry, cool location, free from moisture and direct exposure to sunlight.
Never spray the device with water jets.
Invoice number and serial number (the latter is to be found on the technical plate on the machine).
If relevant, take a picture of the damaged, broken or defective part.
It will be easier for your customer service clerk to determine the source of the problem if you give
a detailed and precise description of the matter. Avoid formulations like „the device doesn't ́ t heat up",
which may mean that it doesn't ́ t heat enough or even not at all. The more detailed your information,
the better customer service will be able to solve your problem rapidly and efficiently!
