Installation instructions
The coolant must be drained.
1. Remove the existing coolant pipe and clean the
sealing surfaces.
2. Lubricate the O-rings (5, 6) and seal ring (7),
place them on their respective sealing surfaces and
install the coolant pipe (1).
note: Make sure the seals are in their correct posi-
tions before tightening.
3. Lubricate the seal ring (8) and install the expan-
sion tank pipe.
4. Lubricate the engine heater O-ring (4), and slide it
over the engine heater (2). Insert the engine heater
as illustrated; make sure the O-ring is in the correct
position. Tighten the bolts (3).

Einbauanleitung
Die Kühlflüssigkeit muss abgelassen sein.
1. Vorhandenes Kühlwasserrohr abbauen und Dich-
tungsflächen säubern.
2. O-Ring (5, 6) und Dichtring (7) einölen, diese auf
der jeweiligen Dichtungsfläche anbringen und Kühl-
wasserrohr (1) montieren.
hInWEIS! Vor dem Anziehen prüfen, dass die Dich-
tungen in die richtige Lage kommen.
3. Dichtring (8) einölen und Rohr an dem Aus-
gleichsbehälter anbauen.
4. O-Ring der Standheizung (4) einölen und über die
Standheizung (2) ziehen. Standheizung wie im Bild
gezeigt einführen, sodass der O-Ring in die richtige
Lage kommt. Schrauben (3) festschrauben.
