The pilot light indicates the operating state.
When the pilot light above the switch 1/0 is on:

The appliance is on.
To switch on

Turn the switch 1/0 (1).
The appliance is on.
The pilot light above the switch 1/0 is on.
The heating coil heats the food.
To switch off
"
Turn the switch 1/0 (0).
The pilot light above the switch 1/0 switches off.
The appliance is off.
6.4 Faults/fault repair
Ask exclusively qualified personnel to repair the faults of the appliance.
6.5 Placing out of operation
When the appliance is not being used:

Turn the switch 1/0 (0).
The pilot light above the switch 1/0 switches off.

Unplug the appliance from the socket.

Clean the appliance (see Cleaning).
7 Maintenance/Cleaning
