6. The desired baking temperature can be set with the selector.

If your waffl es become too dark, move the control to a
lower setting.
7. Opening the lid: Press the handle down lightly from the top
and then release the lock. The waffl es can be removed with
a wooden fork or similar item.
CAUTION:
Do not use sharp objects to avoid ruining the coating of
the baking surface.
8. Serve the waffl es on a tray or in a disk and coat with some
powdered sugar.
9. Lightly grease the baking surfaces again as required after
each baking process.
10. The baking surfaces must always be kept closed during
pauses in the baking.
Stopping Operation
To stop operation turn the thermostat to MIN. (off) and then
remove the plug from the socket. The control lamps go off.
Recipe for waffl es
5 egg yolks, 5 dessertspoons of hot water, 100 g sugar and
1 grated lemon peel should be mixed together until frothy and
then a mixture of 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and 150 g fl our
