SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read carefully and save for future use!
Warning: The safety measures and instructions, contained in this manual, do not include all conditions and situations
possible. The user must understand that common sense, caution and care are factors that cannot be integrated into any
product. Therefore, these factors shall be ensured by the user/s using and operating this appliance. We are not liable for
damages caused during shipping, by incorrect use, voltage fl uctuation or the modifi cation or adjustment of any part of
the appliance.
To protect against a risk of fi re or electric shock, basic precautions shall be taken while using electrical appliances,
including the following:
1.
Make sure the voltage in your outlet corresponds to the voltage provided on the appliance label and that the socket
is properly grounded. The outlet must be installed according to valid safety instructions.
2.
Never use the appliance if the power cable is damaged. All repairs including cord replacements shall be
performed by a professional service centre! Do not remove protective covers of the appliance, risk
of electric shock!
3.
Protect the appliance against direct contact with water and other liquids, to prevent potential electric shock.

Do not use the appliance outdoors and in wet environment and do not touch the power cable or the appliance with
wet hands. Risk of electric shock.
5.
Pay close attention when you are using the appliance near children!
6.
The appliance should not be left unattended when in operation.
7.
Hair, fi ngers or parts of clothing shall be kept far enough from the moving parts of the appliance. Do not put in the
bowl any tools or hands during the operation, it could cause injury or damage to the appliance. Spatula may be
used only when the mixer is off .
8.
Before turning on the appliance, put the bowl in place, attach the mixer to the stand, and only then plug it in the
wall outlet. This reduces the risk of injury.
9.
The appliance is designed for processing foods only. The highest possible temperature of processed food is 80 °C.
Do not use boiling food.
10. We recommend that you do not leave the appliance with plugged in power cable unattended. Disconnect the cord
from the electrical outlet prior to performing maintenance. Do not pull the cord from the outlet by yanking the cord.
Unplug the cord from the outlet by grasping the plug.
11. Do not use the appliance close to a source of heat, e. g. oven. Protect it against direct sunlight.
12. Do not allow the cord to touch hot surfaces or lead the cord over sharp edges.
13. Always unplug from outlet immediately after use.
14. Use accessories only advised by the manufacturer, otherwise you risk losing the warranty.
15. Use this appliance only in accordance with the instructions in this manual. This appliance is designed for domestic
use only. The manufacturer is not liable for damages caused by the improper use of this appliance.
16. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and power supply away from children. The appliance
may be used by persons with reduced physical, sensorial or mental capacities or lack of experience and knowledge,
if they are supervised or if they were instructed how to use the appliance safely and understand potential dangers.
Children shall not play with the appliance.
USING THE APPLIANCE
Prior to use
Carefully wash all the parts that come into contact with food prior to use (bowl, beaters and dough hooks).
Assembling the appliance
1.
Make sure that the power cord is unplugged and the speed button is in the "0" position.
2.
Select the required attachments according to what you want to use the mixer for: the beaters for whipping and
mixing or the dough hooks for kneading.
3.
Insert the dough hooks/beaters.
