• The top grill plate is fitted with a compensating
joint. This enables the optimal contact of the
top grill plate with the food.
• The top grill plate can also be folded up by
180°. By doing so, you get double the grill
surface and you can use the appliance as a
table grill.
• The non-stick coated grill surfaces enable
dishes to be prepared without the use of fat.
• If you want to use oil ensure that it is highly
heatable, such as sunflower oil. Do not use
olive oil or butter, since they start smoking
already at low temperatures.
Switching On/Off
• Always set the temperature regulator (6) to the
MIN position before turning the appliance on or
off.
• You can turn the appliance on or off with the
ON / OFF switch (5). The power indicator lamp
POWER (8) indicates that the appliance is in
operation.

3. Operate the appliance with the closed grill

power plug.
5. Let the appliance cool down completely.

Your appliance is now ready to use.

• The heating time is about 10 minutes.
• When the control lamp READY is lit up,
the set temperature has been reached. It
turns on and off during operation. This is
normal and shows that the temperature is
thermostat-controlled and maintained.
3. Open the appliance with the handle. Position
the top grill plate vertically.
4. Place the food onto the bottom grill plate.
5. Slowly close the top grill plate. You do not have
to flip the food.
