TROUBLE SHOOTING
If there is something wrong during the operation, it may not be a unit's problem. Please check
the following list before send it for repair.
Trouble inspection

The machine is not on
The wind is weak
The remote controller unworkable
Note:
1. If the problem isn't on the list or persists, please contact our service center or a
qualified technician for further inspection.
2. Do NOT open or repair the unit by yourself.
INPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
• DO NOT open and repair the unit by yourself.
• Keep the unit dry. Do not immerse in water or other liquid.
• Unplug outlet to fill with water, before cleaning or moving the unit.
• Unplug the outlet when not in use.
• Do not insert foreign objects in the grid of air vent.
• Do not cover the appliance.

Key points of inspection
Check if plug in or not. After plug in,
restart the machine.
Check if there is much dust on the dust-
proof net or not. If yes, please clean the
dust-proof net.
The machine use the infrared remote
controller, please check if the receiving
window was blocked out; or the battery is
no power and need to change.
