Solution
• Check whether the rechargeable battery is inserted correctly.
• Check whether the hand-held vacuum cleaner has been inserted into
the appliance correctly.
• Check whether the inserted rechargeable battery still has enough
power.
• The rechargeable battery may be too warm. If so, remove it and wait
30 minutes. Or simply use the replacement rechargeable battery.
• The motor protection switch may have been triggered. If this is the case,
switch off the appliance. Remove and empty the dust bin. Look for other
blockages. Clean the filters (dry) and wait approximately 1 hour.
• Empty the dust bin (see "Maintenance" on page 28) and clean the
filter (see "Maintenance" on page 29).
• There may be a blockage somewhere. Check the hose and brush base.
• The brush roller may not be turning. See the line below "Brush roller
does not turn".
• The brush roller may not be activated.
Shift the corresponding On/Off button on the handle all the way
down.
• The brush roller may be blocked. See "Maintenance" on page 30.
• Check whether the charger is connected.
• Check whether the rechargeable battery has been inserted into the
charger correctly.
• It is possible that a conductive contact between the rechargeable
battery and the charger will not be established despite the
rechargeable battery supposedly being correctly inserted. If so,
remove the rechargeable battery, pull the charger plug, wait for 10
seconds and try again.
• The rechargeable battery is fully charged and the light has gone out.
• Check whether the rechargeable battery has been inserted into the
charger correctly.
• The rechargeable battery or charger may be faulty. If so, remove the
rechargeable battery, pull the charger plug, wait for 10 seconds, plug
in the charger again and re-insert the rechargeable battery.
• Check whether the contacts on the rechargeable battery and the
charger are clean. If not, see "Maintenance" on page 29.
