TROUBLESHOOTING

1. If the dehumidifier with malfunction, please cut off the power immediately, pull out the
plug and check the following items:
Problem
Dehumidifier does
not start
The fan motor
works, the
compressor does
not work
The motor does not
work
Possible causes
Black-out
The dehumidifier is unplugged
Power voltage is too low
The wire is too thin in outlet
Humidity is under control.
The "H Control" light flash.
Water bucket is full
Compressor overload and device
stops for protection
Compressor is burnt due to leakage or
voltage too low
The circuit board error
Device is defrosting
Compressor capacitance invalidation
The motor is broken
The circuit board error

What to do
Check the power supply
Insert the plug completely
Wait until the supply voltage back to
normal
Change the wire
Device will auto start to work when
ambient humidity exceeds the
setting RH
Pour out the water, and slide the
bucket back
Restart the unit
Please contact the dealer
Change the circuit board
It will resume to work after defrosting
Change the capacitor
Change the motor
Change the circuit board
