Problem
Cutter does not operate.
Charging LED does not illuminate.
Battery life has
decreased.

Probable Cause
Battery is discharged.
Internal circuit breaker has tripped.
Movable blade is not completely
engaged.
Dust or foreign matter lodged at
battery contacts.
Battery contacts are dirty.
Battery cartridge is too warm.
Battery will not hold a charge.
Blades are dull.

Probable Remedy
Charge battery.
Reset circuit breaker.
Push movable blade until it is
completely engaged with drive.
Clean battery contacts.
Clean battery contacts on battery
and in battery charger.
Allow battery to cool.
Replace battery.
Replace blades.
