Problem
Cutter does not operate.

decreased.

Probable Cause
Battery is discharged.
Blades are too loose or too tight.
Movable blade is not completely
engaged.
Dust or foreign matter lodged at
battery contacts.
Battery will not hold a charge.
Blades are dull.

Probable Remedy
Charge battery.
Loosen and then re-torque lock nut.
Push movable blade until it is
completely engaged with drive.
Clean battery contacts.
Replace battery.
Replace blades.
