Correct use
The tool is only intended for connection to an adjustable
air compressor and is only intended to be used with
nails and staples provided by Würth (referred to as
fasteners in the following).
The user is liable for damage caused by incorrect use.
Product protection
The maximum permissible operating
pressure (see product specifications) is
not allowed to be exceeded, if necessary
use pressure reducer.
To prevent damage due to dirty compressed air, a
compressed air service unit must be used in the pipe
system.
In case of hoses more than 10 m long, the product
should be equipped with a small mist oiler, as otherwise
an adequate supply of oil will not be ensured.
The compressed air supply must be adequately
dimensioned!
Only use original Würth spare parts for repairs.

Air supply
Filtered, dry, oil-bearing compressed at a sufficient flow
rate is necessary for the correct operation of the tool.
On the production of compressed air using compressors,
the atmospheric humidity naturally present in the air
condenses and collects as condensed water in the
compressed air tank and the pipes. This condensed
water must be removed with water traps. Check and
empty water traps daily, otherwise corrosion may
develop in the compressed air system and in the tool,
and increase wear.
Outlets that are provided for use with the tools should
be equipped with a compressed air service unit (filter /
water trap / oiler) directly at the coupling point. Check
oiler daily and fill with the recommended oil (see
product specifications).
The air flow rate is as important as the air pressure.
Dirt in the hose connections or water in the system can
impair the air flow rate such that an adequate flow rate
is not available at the tool even though the pressured
indicated is high.
Before you look for a problem with the tool, you should
first check the air supply and the source of compressed
air for problems affecting the flow rate (dirt, water).
