MAKE SURE that the electrical cable is with the proper section and functioning properly.
BEFORE DOING any type of repair, DISCONNECT the motor from the electrical system.
WHEN CONNECTING to a generator, make sure that the output voltage and frequency is stable, right, and has the proper power,
(the converter's feeding voltage should not vary more than ± 5% as stated on the motor's plate).
WHEN FINISHING the job or when taking a break, the operator should unplug, disconnect it from the electrical system, and have it
placed in such a way that it should not fall or tip.
In addition, all local regulations should be respected.

Power unit is designed to facilitate a quick and safe connection to exible shaft.
Connection Procedure:
1. Face the male hexagon of the transmission in the female hexagon of the motor.
2. Once faced the hexagons push until making that the anchorage of the transmission enters in the special lodging of the motor.
Connection possibilities
Length of the transmission: 6.5, 10 & 13 ft
Diameter of the vibrator: 25, 38, 48, & 58
Electric Motor Connection To The System
Turn off the motor switch before connecting it.
Electrical Connection
All portable electric appliances are dangerous if abused. This machine will only operate on one voltage. Check the power supply to
ensure it corresponds to the voltageas indicated on the rating label.
Make sure the Power Unit is switched off before you plug it into the power supply.
230v - Always use a Residual Current Device (RCD), (earth leakage trip), plugged directly into the RCD.
115v - When using a portable transformer it must have a minimum output of 2.5kw and to be continuous rated.
Extension Cables
If you need to use an extension cable it must be no longer than 15m / 49.5ft (115v) and 40m / 132ft (230v) in length. The wire section
2
must be 1.5mm
. Ensure that the extension cable is carefully laid out avoiding liquids, sharp edges and places where vehicles might
run over it. Unroll it fully or it will overheat and could catch re. Make sure that any extension cable connections are dry and safe.
