Add oil with this characteristics:
- viscosity at 40°C : 46 mm²/s
- suggested contamination class : ISO 4406 20/18/15
- oil quantity : as shown in table below
The TUBOMATIC H54 is a machine that is suitable for Crimping tubes used in hydraulic
circuits. It has electro-hydraulic drive with automatic crimp stop.
The machine is composed of:
Metal carpentry and sheet metal support structure, containing the oil tank and a

compartment for the electrical system.
Crimping unit, consisting of a double effect cylinder, with a piston that has a conical
•
interior, in contact with clamps made of special steel. These clamps, when the piston
advances, grip the section of hose applying power that is uniformly distributed on the
bush.
Drive units, consisting of an electro-hydraulic pump with distribution valves and
•
fittings.
Safety systems providing protection against the risks relating to the process.

Upon request, the machine can be equipped with a rapid clamp replacement device.
•
This unit consists of special pliers and a cabinet with shells. This system allows clamps
to be replaced with a single operation as described in the paragraph "RAPID CLAMP
REPLACEMENT".
