Battery Powered Photoelectric Smoke Alarm
3
Specified use
The photoelectric smoke alarm is intended to be used as an
independent unit and must not be combined with other smoke
alarms. It is designed to detect not only smouldering fires but
also open fires with a build-up of smoke in interior rooms. If a
certain volume of smouldering heat or smoke forms, the smoke
alarm will set off an acoustic and visual signal. It may only be
mounted and operated in dry rooms. Use elsewhere than as
specified in this handbook is not permitted and will lead to the
product becoming damaged.
