These data are valid for a nominal tension of [U] 230/240V ~50/60 Hz –
110/120V ~ 60Hz. Values may vary for other voltages and in specific
embodiments for certain countries. Pay attention to the Article No. on the
specifications plate as commercial denominations may vary in some
countries.
Noise
Typical weighted noise level A determined according to
IEC60335:
Sound pressure level L : 75.9 dB (A)
pA
Uncertainty (K): 2.5 dB (A)
The level of noise during work may exceed 80 dB (A).
Use ear protectors.
Vibration
Vibration emission value determined according to
IEC60335:
Vibration emission (a ): 2.5 m/s or less
h
2
Uncertainty (K): 1.5 m/s
The vibration emission value has been measured
Ÿ
according to the standard test method and can be used to
compare tools.
The vibration emission value as declared may also be
Ÿ
used in a preliminary exposure evaluation.
WARNING:
Emission of vibrations during the use of the electric
Ÿ
tool may differ from the emission value declared
depending on the ways the tool is used.
Make sure that you identify the correct measurements
Ÿ
to protect the operator, which are based on an
estimation of the exposure in real conditions (taking
into account all parts of the operating cycle, such as
the times when the machine is switched off and when it
is idling, in addition to the time during which the switch
is activated).

Instructions for putting into operation

Installation/Extraction of the battery pack (Fig. 1)
Always switch off the tool before inserting or extracting
Ÿ
the battery pack.
To extract the battery pack, remove it from the tool at the
Ÿ
same time you push the two buttons (1.1) at both sides
of the pack.
To insert the battery pack, grasp it in such a way the
Ÿ
shape of the front portion of the battery pack fits into the
shape of the battery installation opening, and slide it
until it fits in its place. Insert it completely until it remains
firmly held and lock it with a click. Otherwise the pack
may accidentally fall from the tool and cause injuries to
the operator or another person being close
Do not apply force when inserting the battery pack. If it
Ÿ
does not insert smoothly, it means that you are not
installing it correctly.
CAUTION.
Before inserting the battery pack into the tool,
Ÿ
always make sure that the triggering switch works
as due and that it returns to the "OFF" position
(switched off) when being released.
Attention! Never operate the charger if the cable is
damaged.
1. Battery with release clips at both sides.
2. Batteries must only be charged with the charger supplied
by the manufacturer, it has two LED charging pilot
lamps, "Red" (1.3) and "Green" (1.4).
3. Connect the plug of the adapter (1.6) to the socket (1.5)
down at the right of the battery stand, and then connect
the adapted to a power supply. The "Green" LED turns
on to indicate that the battery must be charged. The
"Red" LED lights up when the battery is charged.
Charge the battery in a vertical position regarding the
charger.
4. After about one hour of complete charging, the "Red"
LED will turn on and the charger system will
automatically switch off to avoid an overcharge.
5. Putting the battery into the charger when it is charged
may reboot the charging system and overcharge the
battery.
6. Disconnect the adapter from the electric grid when it is
not in use.
Warning:
· Do not open or cut the battery. The electrolyte
released is corrosive and may cause injuries to
the eyes or skin. It can be toxic when ingested.
