4.2.3

Adjusting the sliding guides for the doors of the sliding door cabinet

The sliding door runs in the bottom rail on 2 roller bearings and is guided
in the top rail with 2 plastic sliding guides. Roller bearings (1) and plastic
sliding guides (2) can be replaced using a 17 mm ring spanner.
If misuse or overloading lead to nasty scraping or squeaking noises, the
sliding guides (2) can be adjusted using a 17 mm ring spanner.
4.2.4
Adjusting the mobility unit (1-4) and push handle (5) on modular cabi-
nets up to 1200 mm in height
Insert both chassis stretchers (1) into the recesses in the fl oor of the cabinet.
Bolt a pair of ball bearing castors (2) and fi xed wheels (3) through each of
the stretchers and into the cabinet shell, using the fi xings supplied. A
mobility unit includes a push handle. See below for assembly.
Please note especially: Mobility units may not be fi tted to cabinets taller
than 1200 mm high. The risk of tipping is greater if the cabinet is fi tted with
a pull out shelf or drawer.
