Handling and operation

Inserting the batteries

♦ Slide the on/off switch
♦ Slide the battery compartment cover in the direction of the arrow
and remove it from the appliance.
♦ Insert 4 x 1.5 V batteries of the type AA/LR6/Mignon into the
battery compartment
given in the battery compartment
♦ Replace the battery compartment cover and let it fi rmly engage.
NOTICE
► If, during use or in standby mode, the red LED
once every 10 seconds, the batteries are too weak and must
be replaced.
