Placing the footrest back on your wheel-
chair:
Stand in front of the wheelchair.
Reposition the footrest at an angle of 90º back on the whe-
elchair as seen in picture no. 6.
Swing away the footrest to the front until you hear a click.
This click confirms that the footrest is in the correct position.
Check to ensure the footrest is correctly positioned.
Adjusting the height of the footrest:
Remove the footrest from the wheelchair.
Turn the footrest with the back side towards you.
Loosen the screw indicated in picture 7.
Move the footrest tube up and down to the desired height.
Tighten the screws firmly.
Make sure the footplate is in place and that the length is
equal on both sides.

7.4. Using the brakes

Engaging the brake:
Grab the black brake lever.
Push the lever forward, as indicated in picture 8.
You will hear a click when the brake is correctly engaged.

Disabling the brake:
Grab the black brake lever.
Pull the lever towards you to disable the brake, as indicated
in picture 9.

7.5. Using the armrest
Adjusting the height of the armrest:
Push the button to unlock the armrest, as indicated in picture
10 and 11;
Move the armrest up or downwards to the desired height.
Release the button to lock the armrest.
Check to ensure the armrests are correctly locked. If locked
correctly, the armrests will remain in the same position when
trying to move them up or down.

Warning:
You can fold the armrests down when not moving the wheel-
chair. Otherwise, we recommend you put the armrests in the
highest positions while moving in the wheelchair.
7.6. Using the rear wheel
Removing the rear wheel
The rear wheels on the wheelchair may be removed by using
the 'quick-release' system:
Stand next to the wheelchair.
Tilt the wheelchair away from you.
Press the black button in the middle of the rear wheel, as
shown in picture 12 and 13, and pull the rear wheel towards
you.

To replace the rear wheel you should follow the above steps
in reverse order. Check to ensure the wheels are correctly
installed before using the wheelchair.
