l)
Hold the rotary hammer by the insulated surface of
the handles as it is possible that hidden electric wires
or the device's own power cord may be struck during
work with the machine. Contact with an electric wire
of a power network may cause electrocution.
m)
Check for the proper adjustment of the handle.
n)
The tool becomes very hot during operation.
o)
It is advisable to use the auxiliary handle.
p)
When working in an elevated location, pay attention
to objects and persons below.
q)
Before you start breaking or chipping a wall, floor or
ceiling, thoroughly confirm that no items such as an
electric cable conduit or pipes are cached inside.
r)
Before starting the operation, lightly press the drill
switch to make sure the drill bit does not wobble or
vibrate.
s)
Make sure that the spindle has come to a complete
stop before touching the chuck or attempting to
change the drill bit.
t)
Before drilling, always make sure that the bit has
been correctly installed without play.
u)
This device is not intended to be used by persons
(including children) with limited physical, sensory
or mental aptitude or lack of experience and/or
knowledge, unless they are supervised by a person
responsible for their safety or have received
instruction from this person as to how the device is
used.
v)
Hold the device firmly in both hands through the
handles. Do not use the device if the auxiliary handle
is dismantled or damaged.
w)
The specified vibrations emission was measured
using standard measurement methods. Vibrations
emissions may change if the device is used in
different surroundings.
x)
Always use sharp and undamaged working tips.
y)
Note: Do not touch the working tips immediately
after the end of their use. They can be hot and cause
skin burns.
z)
For replacement of working tips, it is recommended
to wear protective gloves in order to avoid burns and
cuts of the skin.

3.2. Preparing for use

The temperature of environment must not be higher
than 45°C and the relative humidity should be less
than 85%. Ensure good ventilation in the room in
which the device is to be used.
Before use, check whether the type of current and
the mains voltage correspond to the data indicated
on the nameplate!
During use, keep in mind so that the network plug
can be accessed at any time.
3.3. Device use
Assembly of the handle
The holder should be mounted in the flange behind the
tool holder. In order to lead to clamp the yoke of the
auxiliary handle, which will prevent its movement. It is
necessary to turn the handle to the right. Depending on
the operating method, the auxiliary handle can be adjusted
in various positions.

Drilling mode:
For drilling in wood, synthetic materials and metal.
No function:
The motor is turning but it does not transfer the rotation
to the tool.
Do not use this function as it may damage the motor
of the device. In the course of drilling in concrete, it is
recommended to use percussion drilling mode.
Do not use the percussion drilling function for ceramic
tiles or other materials which cannot withstand the impact
energy. In the course of drilling in metal and wood, only the
drill mode is recommended.
Replacement of carbon brushes
In the course of operation of the device, the carbon brushes
wear steadily. When the insulating tip located inside the
brush is uncovered and touches the commutator, it will
cause automatic shutdown of the motor. When this happens,
it is necessary to replace both brushes with new ones of the
same type. The exchange of brushes should be performed
by a person with appropriate qualifications and knowledge.
USE GUIDELINES
Since use of a dull tool will cause the motor to
malfunction, it should be replaced with a new one
without delay when abrasion is noticed.
Regularly inspect all mounting screws and ensure
that they are properly tightened. Should any of the
screws be loose, retighten them immediately. Failure
to do so could result in serious hazard.
Never hold the chuck body with one hand and use
the drill power to rotate the drill body to loosen or
tighten drills at the same time. You may severely
injure your hand. Always check whether the drill is
properly mounted in the chuck.
When drilling in smooth hard surfaces such as metal,
use centre punch to mark the desired hole location.
This will prevent the drill from slipping off centre as
the hole is started. The workpiece should be secured
in a vice or with clamps to keep it from turning as
the drill rotates. Check drill to make sure it is firmly
locked in the drill chuck.
The device starts hitting only after contact with the
workpiece under the influence of light pressure.
Do not exert excessive pressure on the device. There
is then the possibility of losing control over the
device and reducing its performance. The best effects
of the work are achieved with a slight pressure on the
working tip, which can be achieved already under the
influence of weight of the device alone.
