-Keep the appliance out of reach of the children younger 8 years
old.
-Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with
the product.
-Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
-Keep the scale surface dry.
-Use the appliance on a flat and horizontal surface. Do not place
on rugs, carpets, etc.
-Do not strike, shake or drop the scale in order to avoid it gets
damaged. The scale is a precise instrument. Please, treat it with
care to extend its life.
-Do not place too much weight on the scale. Otherwise the
weight sensor may be damaged.
-The scale is only for family use, DO NOT use it for industrial or
commercial purpose.
WARNING ABOUT THE BATTERIES:
-Remove the battery from its compartment, if you are not going
to use the device for a long period of time.
-Remember that batteries must be deposited in the specialized
containers for battery collection.
-If you want to throw out the device, always remove the batteries
before doing it.
-If the battery has some kind of leak never handle it with bare
hands.
-Replace the battery when it is worn out.
-Only the batteries of the same model or equivalent to the
recommended can be used.
-The battery must be placed in accordance with the indicated
correct polarity.
-Never place the battery compartment near fire or heat source.
-Do not throw the batteries into fire or place the control unit to
the sun.
-Do not mix new batteries or the old and worn-out.

"TARE" FUNCTION

To weight different loads consecutively without removing loads
from the scale.
Put first load on the scale.
Keep pressing the ON/OFF/ZERO button two seconds to reset
the LCD.
LCD will show "0g" before adding next load. You can repeat this
operation so much times as ingredients you want to add.
SHUT OFF
To shut off manually and maximize battery life, please press I/O
button for 3 seconds.
Auto shut-off: if display shows "0" or shows the same weight
reading for +/- 2 minutes, it will switch off automatically.

WARNING INDICATORS

1.- "UnSt": The scale is connected with a weight on the top.
2.- "oL": Scale overload. Remove item to avoid damage. Max.
weight capacity is 5 kgs (11 lbs).
3- Replace new battery
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
-Before of use the device, place the batteries in the emplacement.
Before putting them, please make sure that the voltage of the
batteries is the correct.
-Open the lid of the batteries at the back of the scale, and place
the batteries according to the marked polarity.
-The scale will then switch itself on automatically.
-To switch it off, push the O/I button for a few seconds
and the scale will switch itself off.
-If you wish to place a recipient on top of the base to weight some
type of liquid, or add several ingredients by measurement, press
the O/I selector, the scale will return automatically to 0, and then
you can add various different ingredients.
