Warning: do not rest your foot on the main switch or on the
debris hopper uncoupling lever.
10. Rotate the stop lever of the command handlebar (6) in the
direction of the arrow (Fig.4).
11. Close the command handlebar, pushing the handle (7) towards
the main part of the appliance.
12. Rotate the stop lever of the command handlebar (6) in the
direction of the arrow (Fig.5).
1. Switch off the appliance using the button (1) (Fig.1).
2. To remove the power battery (2) from the appliance, you must first
free it by shifting the stop lever (3) towards the outer part of the
machine. Lift the battery out of the appliance (Fig. 2).
3. Empty the hopper (see the AT THE END OF THE WORK
chapter).
4. Position the appliance with its rear part in contact with the floor.
5. Take the disc brushes (2) out of their seats by pulling them in the
direction of the arrow (Fig.3). Remove any fluff, hairs etc. from
the disc brushes. Check the bristles are not worn; in the event of
excessive wear, replace the brushes.

To dispose of the appliance, take it to a demolition centre or an
authorised collection centre. Before scrapping the appliance, it is
necessary to remove and separate out the following materials, then
send them to the appropriate collection centres in accordance with
applicable environmental hygiene regulations:
• Brushes
• Electric and electronic parts (contact your local distributor when
scrapping electric and electronic parts)
• Batteries
• Plastic and metal parts
• Packaging elements (paper or cardboard)

DISPOSAL
13. Take the appliance to the designated machine storage place.
14. Position the appliance with its rear part in contact with the floor.
In this position, the brushes are not in contact with the floor
and cannot suffer any deformation caused by the weight of the
appliance (Fig.6).
Warning: Park the appliance in an enclosed place, on a flat
surface; near the appliance there must be no objects that
could either damage it, or be damaged through contact with it.

6. Take the cylindrical brush (3) out of its seat by shifting it to
the left side (arrow A) of the appliance and at the same time
removing it (arrow B) from its support (Fig.4). Remove any fluff,
hairs etc. from the cylindrical brush. Check the bristles are not
worn; in the event of excessive wear, replace the brush.
7. Repeat the operations in reverse order to reassemble all the
parts.

Warning: the separate waste collection of the products
and their packaging means that materials can be recycled
and used again. Re-using the materials helps protect the
