The sprayer is made of highly-resistant materials so as to be used with different chemicals for dust protection cleaning, desinfecting, degreasing, stripping, cleaning
swimming pools, with 15-20% diluted acid, and for many other purposes. Adjustable nozzle.Adaptor for accessories. Directional lance. Metal handle. Filter in lance.
Hose with nuts without clamps. Supplied with full set of viton seals. Strong polypropylene tank with contents indicator and instructions for use. Visible filling level. Lance
fastener. Right-angle chamber elbow. Chamber locking cover with sealing gasket. Highly resistant chamber. Stainless steel ball in valve and sleeve. Tank cover with non
drip valve. Carrying handle. Large filling filter with indicator of contents. Hook-directed, adjustable, anticorrosive and non-slip straps. Mechanical agitator. Can be used
with either the left or the right hand. Can be fitted with a 50 cm. extension (accessory Ref. S).
Set of interchangeable nozzles and hose. The grey hose is valid for all types of chemical products except when working with oils and fuel, in which case the bright
hose is used.
STARTING-UP
1) Jojn the hose (855) to the lance (857) and the chamber (368).
2) Release cover and pour in liquid to be sprayed without removing filter.
3) Fit the device to your back, adjusting the straps.
4) Work the lever 8-10 times to pressurize. Work the handle and adjust the nozzle (606) until the required spray is obtained. Bear in mind that 6-8 strokes per minute
will give a flow-rate of 0.4-0.6 l/min.
5) This sprayer can be used with the right or left hand. To operate it the other way round: remove the hook lance (953); turn the lever 180º and using a screwdriver,
remove the bushing (338) from the base; placing the lever and the straps in the opposite side of the tank.
MAINTENANCE MOST FREQUENT MALFUNCTIONS AND THEIR SOLUTIONS
1) Clean the sprayer and the circuits of liquid, including the filters, after each working day. This can be done by working the device with clean water, adding a little
household detergent if desired.
2) To proceed with the replacement due to wear and tear of the chamber seal (120): disassemble the hook lance (953) and remove the chamber (368); upon removing
the chamber the agitator will drop to the bottom of the tank. Proceed to remove it. Unscrew the valve (365) using the crosspiece of the agitator. Do not lose the ball.
Replace the seal and proceed to assemble the valve and chamber upside down. Make sure that the ball is in its place.
3) Nozzle (606) obstructed. Clean with water jet or mon metallic instruments.
4) Handle jammed. Apply a few drops of oil between pipe (858) and handle (856).
5) Filter (112) dirty. Remove from grip (615) and clean.
6) Store the sprayer under cover, avoiding freezing temperatures and extreme heat.
SAFETY STANDARDS FOR CHEMICAL HANDLING
– Work in ventilated areas and use the suitable protective equipment. Avoid contact with the skin and eyes, ond do not eat, drink or smoke. Wash your hands, and face
after preparation and after work. Read and follow the instructions on product labels and in manuals. Do not use the sprayer on people or animals, or near electrical
installations. In case of poisoning, go to the doctor or to the nearest hospital eith the label of the product.
Given the great variety of products in the market, Goizper cannot guarantee the universal validity of its equipment. In any case, we recommend using certified
chemicals.

Serviço de infectores e mangueira intertrocável. A mangueira cinza é válida para todo tipo de produtos químicos, exceto quando trabalhemos com azeites e carbu-
rantes, que utilizaremos a mangueira brilhante.
POSTA EN MARCHA
1) Acoplar a mangueira (855) à lança (857), e à câmara (368).
2) Soltar tampa e sem tirar filtro verter o liquido para pulverizar.
3) Ajustar o aparelho às costas, regulando as correias.
4) Accionar a alavanca unas 8-10 vezes para a posta sob pressão, accionar o cabo e regular a boquilla (606), até conseguir a pulverização desejada, tendo em conta
que 6 a 8 golpes de êmbolo por minuto dao um caudal de 0,4 a 0,6 litros/minuto.
5) Este pulverizador é ambidextro. Para operar da forma inversa: desmonte o engate lança (953); rode a alavanca 180º e com a ajuda de uma chave de parafusos, retire
o casquilho (338) da base; coloque a alavanca e as correias na posição oposta à do depósito.
MANTIMENTO-AVARÍAS MAIS FREQUENTES E SOLUÇÕES
1) LImpar o aparelho e os seus circuitos de liquido, incluidos os filtros, cada vez que terminar a jornada de trabalho. Isso pode-se conseguir, fazendo-o trabalhar com
água limpa ou incluso acrescentando um pouco de detergente doméstico à mesma.
2) Para proceder à substituição por desgaste do retentor (120) da câmara: desmonte o engate lança (953) e retire a câmara (368); ao retirar a câmara o agitador cairá
no fundo do depósito. Retire-o de lá. Desenrosque a válvula (365) com a ajuda da cruzeta existente no agitador. Não perca a bola. Substitua o retentor e proceda
de forma inversa para montar a válvula e a câmara. Certifique-se de que a bola está no respectivo compartimento.
3) Obstrução do injector (606). Com jorro de água ou elementos nao metalicos, limpar o injector.
4) Punho arrochado. Aplicar umas gotas de azeite entre o tubo (858), e o punho (856).
5) Filtro (112) sujo, soltá-lo do punho (615) e limpá-lo.
6) Guarde o pulverizador num local ao abrigo das geadas e do forte calor.
NORMAS DE SEGURANÇA E MANIPULAÇÃO DE PRODUTOS QUÍMICOS
– Trabalhar em locais arejados, com equipamento de protecção adequado. Evitar o contacto com a pele e abster-se de comer, beber e fumar. Lavar-se mãos e cara
após da preparação, mesmo que uma vez findo o trabalho. Ler e praticar as instruções contidas nas etiquetas e manuais dos produtos para utilizar. Não pulverizar
contra pessoas e animais, e tambén não perto de intalações eléctricas. No caso de intoxicação, acudir ao médico com a etiqueta do produto, ou ao hospital mais
perto.
Perante a grã diversidade de produtos existentes no mercado, Goizper não pode garantir a validade universal das susas equipagens. Em qualquer caso, recomenda-
se a utilização de produtos químicos homologados.
