3 Assembly
The headrests/neckrests will be attached to one of the headrest support
fixtures (476L52=SK010, 476L52=SK015, 476L52=SK020, 476L52=SK025,
476L52=SK030, 476L52=SK035) with three socket head cap screws. The
headrest/neckrest angle will be adjusted in the desired position by tilting
the headrest/neckrest prior to tightening the screws.
4 Instructions for use
A seat belt must be used with headrests and/or neckrests (e.g. 446B1=*
or 446B10=*).
Attention!
Be careful with open flames as well as with the use of f.e. cigars
or cigarettes.
Falling embers can make supports, rests, plates, shells, pads, covers
or cushions begin to smoulder and thus cause fire.
The headrests and neckrests are made of polyurethane foam and can be
washed using mild soap, sponge and water.

The manufacturer will only assume liability if the product is used in accord-
ance with the descriptions and instructions provided in this document. The
manufacturer will not assume liability for damage caused by disregard of
this document, particularly due to improper use or unauthorised modifica-
tion of the product.
5.2 CE Conformity
This product meets the requirements of the European Directive 93 / 42 / EEC
for medical devices. This product has been classified as a class I device
according to the classification criteria outlined in Annex IX of the directive.
The declaration of conformity was therefore created by the manufacturer
with sole responsibility according to Annex VII of the directive.
