6. Attach the middle hook to the last center ring.
(Figure P 06-1)
Fastening according to the thickness of the chain.
Does not apply to TRACTOR.
a) chain thickness 4,5 mm – 8 mm. (Figure P 00-A)
b) chain thickness 9,5 mm – 12 mm. (Figure P 00-B)
Run the free ends of the chain's running part through the
rings on the other end of the chain. Attach them to the side
chain with shackles. Only applies to Tractor. (Figure P
06-2)
7. a) chain thickness 4,5 mm - 9,5 mm.
Tension the outer tensioning chain and attach it with the
hook. (Figure P 07-1) Clasp the hook on the ring. (Figure
P 07-2) Using the spring, fasten the free end of the
tensioning chain to the chain so that the chain does not
swing about while driving. (Figure P 07-3)
b) chain thickness 12 mm.
The tensioning chain must pass through all the rings.
(Figure P 07-1) Pull out the end of the tension chain so that
the chain on the tyre is tense. The end of the tension chain
passes through the ring at the start of the tension chain.
(Figure P 07-4) Fasten the end of the tension chain with a
shackle. (Figure P 07-5)
8. Perform a short test drive (about 50m) to check the
looseness of the chain. Re-tension it, if necessary.
(Figure P 08)

WARNING: The inner side chain is adjustable in two or three
places. This ensures a perfect fit on new or used tires as well as
wide or narrow tires. Does not apply to TRACTOR.
(Figure P 09-1)
SHORTENING THE CHAIN
If the chain too long is, make it shorter by mounting it so, that
some parts hang loose. Make sure that the loose parts are
distributed evenly along the entire chain.
Does not apply to TRACTOR. (Figure P 09-2 – P 09-3)
CHAIN REPAIR
You can perform smaller repairs by yourself, using the spare
parts that came with the chain.
A - (Figure A1 – A2 in 3 – 4)
B - (Figure B1 – B2 in 3 – 4)
MAINTENANCE
Wash the chain with hot water after usage and dry it.
DISMOUNTING
Is performed in the opposite order. (Figure 9-1).
