2. Insert the batteries into the device if you have not already done it.
3. Interconnect the two parts of the equipment by joining the male con-
nector Jack of the nasal probe with the female connector of the central
equipment.
4. Insert the nasal probe appropriately and comfortably inside your nose.
Use it in pincer mode to facilitate introducing it into the area to be
treated. If you have nasal congestion remove the maximum amount of
mucus possible from the nasal cavity before applying the treatment in
order to increase its effectiveness.
5. Press the on/off button on the upper face of the central equipment to
start the treatment.
6. Wait for approximately 3 minutes, which is the established time for
this treatment. The device will turn off automatically after this time,
then sounding a noise. Even so, should you wish, you can finish before
the 3 minutes have passed by pressing the on/off button.
7. It is recommended to use this device approximately 3 or 4 times a
day leaving 5 to 6 hours between sessions.
8. Once the session has finished make sure the the device is turned off
completely and disconnect the two parts of the equipment. If the device
is not going to be used for a long time, take the batteries out of the
device and keep them in a safe place.
