2. You can change the name of the device, share it or use the echo
function. Here you can also disconnect the device.
3. The motion detection can be activated or deactivated as
desired.
4. Under default settings, you have the option of activating status
display to check the status of the device, with FLIP SCREEN you
can flip the display on the screen or activate the infrared night
vision function. Equally, you can set the audio mode to one-way
or two-way.
Notifications
1. Under PROFILE and SETTINGS, you can activate or deactivate
notifications and manage these.
2. If you activate Notifications, you get messages at each feeding
time or when the feed container is empty. Also as soon as your
pet approaches the device. You can also see these notifications
in your profile under MESSAGES.
Acquainting your pet with the device:
Some pets need a bit of time to get used to the new automatic
feed dispenser. Therefore we recommend the following:
• Place the automatic feed dispenser next to your dog's or cat's
feed bowl without switching it on.
• At the start, fill the regular bowl as well as the bowl of the
automatic feed dispenser with food.
• Once your pet has become used to the automatic feed dispen-
ser, you can remove the normal bowl.
To awakwn your pet's curiosity, place a few treats in the bowl of
the automatic feed dispenser at the start.
Cleaning
Switch the automatic feed dispenser off and unplug it. Remove
feed bowl (lift a bit and pull out), lid and feed container (simply
pull out upwards) from the station for cleaning (not dishwasher
safe). The station should not be cleaned with water, but simply
wiped with a damp cloth. Feed container and lid should be
completely dry before you fill in new food.
Tips for Using IoT Devices
• Update the software on your device when security updates
become available.
• Change the default passwords and use a password manager or
if desired a two-factor identification.
• Activate the firewall on your router.
• Create a separate WLAN network for IoT devices. In this case,
the IoT devices run on a separate network that has no connec-
tion to your sensitive data or devices such as your computer.
• Activate encryption of the communication on your IoT devices
• Only connect your IoT Devices to the internet when remote
access is absolutely necessary.
• Use VPN for a secure connection to your home network when
you are away from home.
• If the setting UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) is activated on
your router, you should deactivate it to stop your IoT devices
from communicating unchecked on the internet.
• Make sure that external access to your devices is impossible
or extremely difficult and no changes to your hardware can be
made from outside.
• USB or LAN ports should not be freely accessible as they can
serve as a gateway into your network and to your data for an
attacker.
• Consider any passing on of personal data carefully and protect
your privacy.
• Consider carefully when security is more important than com-
fort and functionality.

The app is available in App Stores for free. Please observe the

Avant d'utiliser le distributeur automatique de
nourriture
1. Branchez l'appareil sur une prise de courant avec la fiche princi-
pale. Allumez l'alimentation principale sur le bouton.
2. Remplissez le distributeur automatique avec la nourriture
sèche. Placez le couvercle sur le récipient et tournez-le pour le
verrouiller en place en sécurité. Ouvrez ensuite le bol en appu-
yant dessus et en le tirant.
3. Pour contrôler et programmer le distributeur automatique,
téléchargez l'application "Tuya Smart" sur votre smartphone
ou votre tablette. En scannant le QR code, vous arrivez directe-
