The MININEPH
samples have been identified. Similarly, UPC assays must be identified by a code before
the assays will function. Codes may be entered as any combination of letters and
numbers. Up to 16 characters may be used.
To enter a number: press the appropriately numbered key. The number will be displayed
on the LCD display.
To enter a letter: press the 2nd function key, followed by the appropriate number key one,
two or three times.
The table below shows the characters made available by pressing the 2nd Function key
followed by the different numeric keys.

When the desired letter is displayed, press the ENTER key.
To erase a character, press the 2nd function key followed by ENTER. The last character
will be erased.
